Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SpeakNest interviewing courses, practice tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of Service
SpeakNest provides online interviewing courses, practice prompts, and learning tools that help you prepare for interviews. The Service may change over time as we improve content and features.
Your account (if applicable) is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on that organization’s behalf.
Billing & Refunds
SpeakNest may offer subscriptions and/or one-time purchases. Pricing, billing frequency, and included features will be displayed at checkout or within the product experience.
Refund policy: we generally offer a 14-day refund window for first-time purchases, unless otherwise required or limited by applicable law. Refund eligibility may depend on your purchase type, region, and usage.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation, attempting to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineering restricted features, scraping content at scale, or bypassing access controls.
You must not resell, sublicense, or share restricted content outside of the permissions explicitly granted by SpeakNest. Respect the community and any guidelines presented in the product.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for other users, the Service, or SpeakNest.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including course materials, text, UI, design elements, and trademarks, is owned by SpeakNest or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, SpeakNest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
Any feedback you provide may be used by SpeakNest to improve the Service without obligation to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeakNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to SpeakNest for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Acknowledgement
If you’ve read and understood these Terms, you can acknowledge them for your records. This does not replace any required acceptance flow presented inside the product.
